He's also spent his career building brands in the construction space. Outside of work, he's a devoted husband and father who spends his free time traveling, outdoors, or on the golf course.
Garrett Valles
Owner / Partner
A reconstruction expert with 20 years in construction, Garrett spent 15 of them as a professional firefighter. That experience gave him a firsthand understanding of how structures hold up and break down under extreme conditions—an angle few in the reconstruction industry bring to the job. A father of two, he spends his time off watching his boys' games—or he's out on his boat searching for tuna.

With 20+ years in sales and project management, Jennifer keeps every Hammers & Halos job on schedule and on track. She's the steady point of contact from first walkthrough to final punch list, so clients always know exactly where things stand.
